Privacy & Advertising Choices

Trial requests
Lifestyle Academy LLC DBA Elementum Jiu Jitsu Oviedo collects your name, email, phone number and communication preference to handle your trial request. Requests are sent to Lead10 and retained in the academy’s restricted lead backup. Campaign attribution may be stored with a request.
Facebook and Instagram advertising
The Meta trial-request page uses Meta Pixel to report page visits and successfully confirmed trial requests to Meta Platforms for advertising measurement and ad optimization. This may share IP address, browser and device information, page URL, advertising cookie identifiers and a unique event ID. We do not send the form’s name, email or phone to Meta, and automatic form matching is disabled. Clicking a trial button or opening a thank-you page is not counted as a Lead.
Advertising measurement is separate from permission to receive academy communications. Advertising tracking is blocked until acceptance in regions requiring consent and when the region cannot be determined. In other regions it can operate unless you reject it or an applicable browser opt-out is detected. Ad clicks and impressions are still measured by the advertising platform.
We do not knowingly send information about children under 13, health conditions or other sensitive information to Meta. Parents and guardians should submit trial requests using their own contact details.
Google advertising measurement
Google Ads loads across this website with advertising storage, user-data consent, personalization and analytics storage denied by default before initialization. Google Consent Mode can send limited cookieless page and confirmed-conversion signals without advertising acceptance for measurement and conversion modeling. These signals may include request IP address, browser information, page URL and consent status; cookieless does not mean no data is transmitted or every conversion is attributed. Advertising click data is redacted when advertising storage is denied. We do not send your form name, email or phone to Google.
Where advertising permission applies, Google may use advertising cookies for measurement and optimization. Rejecting or withdrawing permission immediately returns Google to denied, cookieless measurement and revokes Meta reporting, including across open tabs. An applicable browser privacy opt-out keeps advertising consent denied and blocks our Google lead-conversion events. Google conversions are sent only after the academy confirms the trial request, not when a button is clicked or a thank-you page is refreshed.
Your advertising choices
Cookie settings lets you accept or reject advertising at any time. Your browser stores an anonymous visitor reference, each choice, its timestamp, region and the notice version shown. Later withdrawal preserves prior acceptance evidence, stops new Meta advertising events and switches Google to limited cookieless measurement, including in other open tabs. Events blocked before acceptance are not replayed. Clearing browser storage removes the local choice history. Trial forms work without advertising consent.
Conversion evidence is retained in the browser session with the event ID and the advertising choice and region at the time. Essential and advertising cookies have separate purposes; rejecting advertising does not prevent submitting the form.
